Who can use HireStepX

Anyone 16 or older with a valid email address. By signing up, you confirm you are 16+ and the information you provide is accurate.

What you get

Access to the platform's mock interview features, scoring, reports, and content libraries based on the plan you select. Plans are described on /pricing.

What we expect

One account per person. Don't share login credentials. Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our scoring rubrics, question banks, or model outputs at scale. Don't use the platform to impersonate real candidates or train third-party AI systems.

Payment

Billed in INR via Razorpay. Per-session credits (₹9) are charged immediately and never expire. Sprint Pack (₹39 for 5 sessions) renews automatically each month; cancel any time before the next billing cycle to stop renewal. No other plan auto-renews.

Refunds

See our refund policy. Short version: per-session credits are refundable within 24 hours of purchase if the session has not started. Sprint Pack refunds depend on usage; cancel before the next cycle to avoid the next charge.

Acceptable use

Don't upload illegal content. Don't use the platform to harass, defame, or harm others. Don't attempt to break our security controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.

Disclaimers

HireStepX provides interview practice. We do not guarantee any specific employment outcome. AI-generated feedback is a tool for self-improvement, not a substitute for professional career counseling.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of HireStepX is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
