Refundable up to 24 hours after purchase, as long as the session hasn't started. Once you begin a session, the AI has done the work; the credit is consumed.
Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if zero sessions from that cycle have been used. After that, no refund for the current month's charge — your remaining sessions stay active until the cycle ends. Cancel any time from Settings before the next billing date to stop the next renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
Refunds on discounted plans are calculated against the discounted price, not the list price.
Email refunds@hirestepx.com with your account email and order ID. We process refunds within 5 working days to the original payment method. Razorpay typically takes another 3–7 working days to reflect the credit on your bank statement.
If you believe a session was scored unfairly and want a refund of just that session's credit, hit the "Dispute score" link inside the session report. We review every dispute within 24 hours.
