Mphasis Interview Questions for Freshers 2026: Process, Technical Round & Salary

Mphasis follows a three-stage process for campus and off-campus freshers:

Stage 1: Online Aptitude Test

• Platform: AMCAT (Aspiring Minds Computer Adaptive Test)

• Topics: OOP concepts, SQL queries, one coding problem (easy-medium), resume project discussion
• Language: Java most common, Python accepted

Stage 3: HR Interview

The AMCAT test is the main filter in Mphasis hiring. It adapts to your performance (correct answers lead to harder questions, wrong answers to easier ones), so your score reflects accuracy more than speed.
